Product Overview
The LITUBO XR-500D is a standard food X-ray foreign object detector for packaged food products moving through an inline conveyor. It is designed for customers who need a general-purpose X-ray inspection machine for daily production, final product inspection and contamination risk control.
Compared with metal detection alone, X-ray inspection can help detect not only metal contaminants, but also dense non-metal foreign objects such as glass, stone, ceramic, bone fragments, hard rubber and hard plastic depending on product density and package type.

Working Principle
Products pass through the inspection tunnel on a conveyor belt. The X-ray system uses penetrating ability and image recognition to distinguish density differences inside the package. When foreign objects are detected, the system can display the position in the image and trigger sound and light alarm, conveyor stop or a rejection signal.
