Product Overview
The LITUBO XR-200D is a compact food X-ray inspection system designed for small packaged products and production lines with limited installation space. It helps food manufacturers detect dense foreign objects inside packaged products without opening or damaging the package.
For customers producing small bags, trays, pouches or lightweight food packs, the XR-200D provides a practical inspection solution when the line requires a smaller footprint, simple operation and reliable foreign object control.

Working Principle
Products pass through the X-ray inspection tunnel on the conveyor belt. The system analyzes density differences between the product and possible foreign objects. When a suspicious dense contaminant is detected, the system can trigger a sound and light alarm, stop the conveyor or activate an automatic rejection device according to the selected configuration.
