Product Overview
Use the LITUBO LT-220 as a practical inline weight-control point for packaged products from 5 to 1500 g. We combine a 220 mm belt, reference accuracy of ±0.2 g, throughput up to 100 pieces per minute, recipe storage and automatic rejection for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and light industrial lines.

Working Principle
Products are spaced and conveyed across the weighing section, where a load-cell system measures each item dynamically. The controller compares the measured value with the selected recipe limits. Products within tolerance continue to the next process, while non-conforming products trigger an alarm and the configured rejection device.
